ARPR is seeking a digital content director to lead our content and creative marketing efforts for our high-growth and enterprise tech clients across our health IT, cybersecurity, cloud and FinTech practice groups. RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGY/CONSULTATION
Serve as a strategist on 3-5 key accounts. Lead strategic client meetings surrounding digital content discussions, manage integrated comms campaigns and ensure quality of work product by junior team members. Support SEO and SEM initiatives through optimization of content strategies, lead digital marketing activations, including but not limited to, executive and brand audits/strategies, tradeshow activations, social media trainings, influencer marketing programs, email campaigns and more.

 CLIENT SERVICE
Act as direct line of contact for clients in matters concerning digital content marketing deliverables across practice groups, executing on campaigns including but not limited to paid social ads, google ads, display ads, blog copy, landing emails, email campaigns, etc. Seamlessly guide these projects from soup to nuts and deliver projects and drive ongoing results.

CREATION AND CURATION
Creatively direct or curate all design elements as it relates to all digital content deliverables.

CONTENT PLANNING
Lead strategic content roadmaps for clients, and oversee best practice and strategies for all longer form writing as it relates to creative and digital best practices.

REPORTING
Measure clients’ media, social media, lead gen and marketing results, and effectively translate analytics into actionable insights to constantly drive success.

MENTORING AND COACHING
This role will co-lead ARPR’s internship program with his/her cohorts, as well as lend insights, provide feedback and offer support to the leadership team as it relates to the cultivation of junior team members and client service.

MARKETING AND BIZ DEV
Support company marketing through the curation of thought leadership content and participating in speaking engagements. Drive renewals and upsells for respective client portfolio. Occasionally support new business pitches and proposal development, based on lead origination, technical skills needed, etc.

DESIRED SKILLS/PROFICIENCIES

  • Agency experience required
  • 6-8 years of social media and content marketing experience, with proven successes in organic social media, influencer programs and paid social campaigns.
  • Relentless curiosity, a passion for learning, a service-minded attitude and a constant desire to be your best.
  • Required experience with: Twitter and LinkedIn social media advertising platforms, social media management software, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with: CMS platforms, CRM systems, HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot/etc., Basecamp (or other project management software), Google Ads, Canva/InDesign/etc., Mac OS
  • Understanding of and desire to learn B2B and B2C cloud, health IT, cybersecurity and FinTech innovation.
