ARPR is seeking an account manager to play an integral role in our growing cloud practice group (that’s grown by 126% in 2019 alone) representing clients that span the entire cloud/SaaS ecosystem with technologies including AI, machine and deep learning, and automation, that are disrupting retail, real estate, enterprise mobility, construction, transportation, data centers, consumer services and more. The account manager will gain first-hand experience and receive fast-track leadership opportunities at ARPR that one wouldn’t acquire within the traditional agency hierarchy. As an AM, you will serve as a main point of contact for clients, with an opportunity to provide support and seek learning opportunities across PR, content marketing, digital/social media, etc., working closely with your account leads and practice group director.

This position will report to the Cloud Practice Group Director and work very closely with their individual account teams while also being accountable to our whole Army of Awesome.
Serve as account lead on ~2 ARPR’s cloud accounts. Act as direct line of contact for clients, lead meetings and manage support teams with positivity, clarity and confidence to seamlessly manage projects and drive ongoing results. Work with account leadership and clients to develop strategic plans, including content calendars, tradeshow activations, social media plans, etc.
Lead media relations campaigns, including but not limited to press release writing, journalist pitching, staffing client press interviews, etc.
Draft content marketing pieces, including but not limited to byline articles, blogs, white papers and case studies as well as supporting social media content.
Measure clients’ earned media, social media and digital marketing results, and effectively translate analytics into actionable insights to constantly drive success.
