ARPR is seeking a digital marketing director to manage our inbound marketing and lead generation capabilities for our high-growth and enterprise tech clients. The position will play an integral role in running digital marketing across our health IT, cybersecurity, cloud and FinTech practice groups. RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGY/CONSULTATION
Serve as a strategist on 3-5 key accounts. Coach clients and provide feedback by leading internal and client meetings, manage digitally focused integrated comms campaigns, manage all digital marketing related software ensuring it’s optimized and utilized properly across client accounts, ensuring the quality of work produced by junior team members and developing digital marketing portions of key account plans (e.g., tradeshow activations, product launch plans, lead nurturing campaigns, etc.).

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Serve as digital marketing lead for 1-2 of ARPR’s larger, digitally focused accounts across practice groups. Act as direct line of contact for clients in matters concerning digital marketing deliverables, executing from soup to nuts in order to seamlessly guide and deliver projects and drive ongoing results.

LEAD GEN/NURTURE
Steer lead gen activations, including but not limited to landing page creation and optimization; strategizing, creating and executing email and nurture campaigns, and more.

SEO/SEM
Lead SEO and SEM initiatives including but not limited to audits, SEO optimization strategies and execution, content marketing strategy, PPC campaigns and more.

CONTENT CREATION AND CURATION
Responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing content and creative for the clients you lead, including but not limited to ad copy, landing pages content and e-mail marketing copy.

MEDIA BUYING
Responsible for strategy, execution and ongoing optimization of key account paid campaigns across search, display and social networks.

REPORTING
Measure clients’ media, social media, lead gen and marketing results, and effectively translate analytics into actionable insights to constantly drive success. Provide counsel on client reporting and recommend optimizations to results reporting as needed.

MENTORING AND COACHING
This role will co-lead ARPR’s internship program with his/her cohorts as the supervisor of digital marketing Edigies, as well as lend insights, provide feedback and offer support to the leadership team as it relates to the cultivation of junior team members and client service.

MARKETING AND BIZ DEV
Support company marketing through the curation of thought leadership content and participating in speaking engagements. Drive renewals and upsells for respective client portfolio. Occasionally support new business pitches and proposal development, based on lead origination, technical skills needed, etc.

DESIRED SKILLS/PROFICIENCIES

  • Agency experience required.
  • 6-8 years of digital marketing experience, with proven successes in lead generation, SEO and advertising; leading brainstorm and content planning sessions, supporting new business pitches and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Relentless curiosity, a passion for learning, a service-minded attitude and a constant desire to be your best.
  • Required experience with: email marketing and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, MailChimp preferred), Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with: Basecamp (or other project management software), social ad platforms Canva/InDesign/etc., Mac OS, Sprout Social
  • Understanding of and desire to learn B2B and B2C cloud, healthIT, cybersecurity and FinTech innovation.
