ARPR is seeking a senior account director with 7 to 10 years of marketing and PR experience. This role would represent clients that span the entire cloud/SaaS ecosystem including AI, machine & deep learning and automated technologies that are disrupting retail, real estate, enterprise mobility, construction, transportation, data centers, consumer services and more. The candidate who best fits this role will be passionate and deeply rooted in the Cloud sector of the tech industry, an expert integrated communications strategist, hold key media relationships, and be a strong content marketer.
Serve as an account lead and/or strategist on 3-5 key cloud accounts, building great relationships with client contacts based on trust and respect. Lead and execute diverse media relations strategies and campaigns; produce high caliber writing assignments such as bylines, whitepapers, case studies, award submissions and rapid response statements. Coach and provide feedback by leading both internal and client meetings, managing integrated comms campaigns, ensuring the quality of work produced by junior team members and developing key account plans (e.g., tradeshow activations, influencer marketing plans, product launch plans, corporate messaging portfolios, executive social strategies, analyst relations, etc.).
Measure clients’ media, social media, lead gen and marketing results and effectively translate analytics into actionable insights and recommendations that constantly drive success and push the boundaries of what a PR firm can achieve. Lead quarterly review sessions from planning through execution, assigning roles to team members while pushing them to think critically about their analysis from the client POV.
Help to build the cloud account teams’ knowledge base and interest of all facets of the industry. Lend insights, provide feedback and offer support as it relates to the cultivation of our cloud clients/pipeline and junior team members.
Build relationships in the cloud sector to fuel our growing business pipeline and ensure long-term health of the practice group, and drive renewals and upsells for respective client portfolio. Support company marketing through the curation of thought leadership content and participating in speaking engagements.
