Updox partnered with ARPR to develop a coordinated campaign to position CEO Michael Morgan as a thought leader on patient engagement. The campaign needed to support multiple product launches including Updox Secure Text and Video Chat, which offer patients greater flexibility and convenience in how they communicate with their doctors and pharmacists while addressing challenges with related technologies. The campaign also needed to support Updox’s sales teams in closing more deals with its suite of patient engagement solutions included.
