Pronouns: she, her, hers
After her career as a Disney Princess failed, Blair knew she still wanted to do something with the public that could occasionally be paired with a really good glass of red. After grad school and a few other PR gigs that involved lots of coffee talk (literally), she found herself as the first full-time hire of ARPR in 2013. Throughout the years, she’s worn dozens of hats – from VP of marketing to mobility practice group lead to the new business manager to recruiter, helping to build ARPR’s brand into one of the fastest-growing technology PR firms in the country and the #1 tech PR firm in the Southeast. She’s been integral in helping ascend ARPR into a two-time Small Agency of the Year winner and the 2019 PRNews’Fastest Growing Agency. In 2020, Blair earned a spot on New Orleans CityBusiness’ Women of the Year list.
As a big part of her operations & people duties at ARPR, Blair oversees talent cultivation, retention, attraction and training for the Army of Awesome through a unique, multi-pronged approach comprised of above-average perks & benefits, professional development opportunities, DEI initiatives and out-of-the-box training mentorship and coaching. This people-first modus operandi has earned ARPR national Top Places to Work recognition by PR News as well as local recognition from both the Atlanta Business Chronicle and New Orleans CityBusiness multiple times. In addition, her other crowns (hats) include overseeing the agency operations and continuing to provide strategic counsel and guidance to support the agency’s growing team, services and client base.
When she’s not searching for the next member of the Army of Awesome, driving leads with her tweeting thumbs and award-winning social media expertise, you can find her getting her passport stamped across the world, playing tourist in her own town or at Disney World to visit Elsa, Cinderella and the gang.
