After her career as a Disney Princess failed, Blair knew she still wanted to do something with the publics that could occasionally be paired with a really good glass of red. After grad school and a few other PR gigs that involved lots of coffee talk, literally, she found herself as the first full-time hire of ARPR in 2013 – helping to build ARPR’s brand into one of the fastest-growing technology PR firms in the country and the #1 tech PR firm in the Southeast. She’s been integral in helping ascend ARPR into a two-time Small Agency of the Year winner and the 2018 Agency that Gets Results.
As a big part of her operations & people duties at ARPR, Blair oversees talent cultivation, retention, attraction and training for the Army of Awesome through a unique, multi-pronged approach that ensures we deliver the same uncanny commitment to our employees as we do to our clients. As a result, ARPR has earned the title Best Place to Work six times. In addition, she continues to provide strategic counsel and guidance to support the agency’s growing team, services and client base.
When she’s not searching for the next member of the Army of Awesome, driving leads with her tweeting thumbs and award-winning social media expertise or counting her steps and client wins at industry trade shows like CES, SXSW and HIMSS… you can find her getting her passport stamped across the world and making frequent trips back to Disney World to visit Elsa, Cinderella and the gang.
