Pronouns: she, her, hers
As a die-hard Alabama fan, it’s only natural Cortney exudes a ‘winning’ attitude. With experience servicing B2B and B2C clients of all sizes and in almost every industry, she currently serves as a Senior Account Director within ARPR’s Health IT practice group. From representing neonatal medical devices to EHRs to artificial intelligence-based cancer detection software, she brings her media relations chops and hunger to the forefront to land strategic placements for clients. Skilled at finding unique ways to get through the proverbial “brick wall,” Cortney has secured hundreds of top-tier national media placements for clients in The New York Times, U.S. News and World Report and HuffPost, as well as trade publications such as Managed Healthcare Executive and Medical Economics.
In 2019, a campaign Cortney led for client iCAD entitled, “Nothing Artificial About It: Launching the World’s First AI Mammography Solution,” won the Holmes Report Sabre Award for MedTech Campaign of the Year. That same year, she was named PR News’ Account Lead of the Year.
In addition to her media skills, Cortney is a strong B2B writer and storyteller who has assisted clients in strengthening their corporate messaging, website and collateral content, utilizing an integrated approach to ensure optimization and engagement. She is an innovative thinker and robust researcher who has been responsible for identifying new ways her clients can #MakeNews and #DriveLeads. From leading thought leadership campaigns resulting in more than 150 million media impressions to assisting clients in achieving triple-digit web traffic growth, she knows what it takes to exceed client expectations.
Outside of the office, you can find Cortney in the gym or yoga studio, or on the patio of a hip Buckhead restaurant enjoying a nice glass of vino with her toy poodle, Brody, and husband, Brandon.
