Pronouns: she, her, hers

Born into a Haitian immigrant household, Darlay is no stranger to adapting to new environments and exploring the world around her. Growing up, there was always a constant culture exchange between Darlay and her parents that taught her the importance of language, communication and understanding different perspectives.

A first-generation college student, Darlay adventured into the world of creative writing at Florida State University. It was then that she discovered a new world in communications, falling in love with advertising and PR in a way she hadn’t expected. Darlay realized she wanted to serve as a voice to elevate others and her newfound interest blossomed as she started volunteering at her university’s radio station as a DJ and radio announcer. She has experience in various industries including film, hospitality and tourism as well as SMBs, helping organizations grow their social media platforms by double digits.

As a digital age-baby and proud member of gen Z, Darlay knows the importance of technology in today’s world and always leaps at the chance to know how it plays an ever-growing role in her everyday life – both in the background and foreground. Now, she hopes to continue using her voice at ARPR to help bridge the gap between her clients and their audiences through ARPR’s Panorama Approach.

In her free time, you can find Darlay watching horror movies, taking nature walks, writing poetry, or planning her next traveling adventure.
