Erika’s public relations agency career includes a decade of juggling clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to Cirque du Soleil. After promoting trapeze acts and death-defying technology (literally), Erika made a leap to managing agency operations. She spent nearly four years as a client-facing team member at ARPR, but she now calls the shots as Senior Business Operations Manager, acting as the financial and administrative ringleader.

As a process and project management phenom, she is adept at balancing internal operations as well as external relationships. In her former life as a PR pro, Erika’s high-flying client results and strategic account management earned her a top spot in PR News’ Rising Stars – 30 & Under Awards. Now, leveraging her 10 years of agency experience, she’s able to navigate the tightrope between culture initiatives, client invoices, vendor contracts and more.

When she isn’t taming lions or hanging out with the Army of Awesome troupe, Erika enjoys Mardi Gras-ing it up with lots of king cake, beads and beer, but jumps at the opportunity to visit her and ARPR’s beloved hometown, affectionately known as “the A” every chance she gets. Occasionally, she takes center stage at mac ‘n’ cheese eating contests (there are pictures if you Google hard enough).
