Pronouns: she, her, hers

Mary Miltiades grew up in the Low Country of Savannah, GA – surrounded by water, marsh grass and beaches. Her first gig was with a local PR & marketing firm, where she was sippin’ sweet tea and learning to love writing and relationship building. However, after earning her bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of South Carolina, Mary relocated from the relaxing coast to the hustle and bustle of the big city of Atlanta to begin her communications career.

Trading in her waders for high heels, Mary truly discovered her passion for fast-paced, high energy and results-driven communications work while at a global PR agency, touching a multitude of clients from B2B tech and corporate communications to B2C retail and aviation. During her time in the B2B tech world, she implemented successful influencer marketing campaigns and organic social strategies at global tradeshows that garnered double-digit engagement and fostered long-lasting relationships with highly influential tech reviewers. She’s also landed top tier media coverage in publications such as VentureBeat and Business Insider.

Today, Mary is an integral member of the healthIT practice group, using her diverse client background to foster high energy and outside-the-box thinking to PRopel What’s Possible for her clients. Her passion for healthcare tech stems from her yearning to make the world a better place and ensure that everyone has access to the advanced, intelligent care they deserve.

Growing up in a dually cultured home, Mary is well seasoned with both the traditions, cuisine and history of Greece and Israel (emphasis on the cuisine). On the weekends she can be found exploring Atlanta’s stellar culinary scene, trying the latest and greatest workout on ClassPass or creating a detailed itinerary for her next trip that likely includes waterscapes.
